Anyone made any money with AF yet, only I recently joined them and was quite chuffed when I made a £40 sale for laptop bits only to receive an automated email the next day saying my sale had been reveresed. So far just a few pounds in clicks and no sales.

I've been paid last 3 months by AF. You will not get better service any where else.

You'll be shocked, but money you earn this month, you will receive in the first few days of next month.

They operate a policy where they automaticaaly clear sales, so it's down to the merchant to remove it quickly if he doesn't want you to get the cash. I don't see my biggest gripe with TD could happen here.

They seem to write cheques on 2nd or so, the latest i've got mine is the 8th.

Software could be better, but everything else is spot on i think.

It's my first month promoting AF merchants this month, so I'm looking forward to this prompt payment business - It's not something I'm overly used to!!

I've wondered if i should make posts like this. Everytime i say someone is good it goes wrong!

I praised Arthritis Solutions, look what happens.

I decide to give WishFlower the benefit of the doubt in posts, after they stitched others up, then they stitched me up too.

I won't mention the other, i'm still an affiliate, and they're not quite as bad. But you get the drift. I'll probably never see another cheque now.

With that kind of record with "votes of confidence", you should be a Football Club Chairman!

Don't worry - we won't let you down!!

To be honest - I assumed that it would just be expected that we pay on time, and not something that we would get praised for... I guess some of the other networks just aren't quite as efficient!!

Regards the reversal of commissions - yes it is policy for the merchants to reverse payments within a few days if they receive a fraudulent or incomplete order, so this will happen from time to time. Therefore the payments are processed a few days into the month to ensure you don't get paid and then hav commissions taken back.

We're doing some redesigns at the moment, so I'll make sure a full explanation of the process is posted on the new site.

    Thanks

I made sales in Sept, and never got paid out the first few days in October like you have made out happens Carl.. Not that I am that bothered as it's only a small amount of money and I expect the normal to be 6 weeks after the end of the month you make the payment in.

So it would be good if someone from AF clears up that point. Is it a week after the month you earned it in or 6 weeks after? or what?

My first month the same happened. I assumed that the system was changing. I didn't complain, i liked the new system!

I then got a larger payment on the next one. Here's the last 2 payments, cut from the page:

    31/08/2002 Commission earned August 2002 £25.52
    02/09/2002 Commission Payment August 2002 £25.52

    30/09/2002 Commission earned September 2002 £31.27
    02/10/2002 Commission Payment September 2002 £31.27

I have received septembers money, and spent it.

I'm trying harder this month, although Inkfactory now being available kinda improves things anyway. These figures are almost entirley morgan.

To clarify - we pay commissions for the month around a week after the end of the month - e.g. commissions earned in October will be paid during the first week of November.

The only other reason you may not have been paid is that you have not entered your details correctly in your account - we need your address and bank details before we can make any payment (and other info such as VAT reg number etc if applicable)!!!

    Thanks

Yeah your right, you have no address details for me or bank details... by the way I am less then happy at the fact you need to enter your bank details in a non-secure area.

Supercod - we have had that feedback before - and are in the process of fixing this. Thanks for the feedback regardless.

In the meantime - we only need your account name as we currently make the payments by cheque.

Me too. Later than previous months, but still brilliant

A suggestion AF. A deleted sales report. I can't find one. I'd like to know what dropped off just before validation. Was only about £5 worth, but that's not the point. It represents a 5% return rate and i'd like to know who it was.

    And replies to support emails.

I was just about to reply to your support email regards this - but thought I'd reply to you here instead! Huge apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

A number of merchants cancelled sales towards the end of the month - primarily due to sales not completing, being returned etc. The cancellations should get emailed through to you so it would be worth checking that your email address is correct under your 'My Details' section. I will get this checked into further and of course if there is anything incorrect your account would be credited with the difference.
