    i signed up to POR last night and sent a message to support (because I can't find out how to add more sites to my details) and also a message to a merchant.

    i've not had a reply from either yet.

    ok, i know it's only 24 hours or so (and it does say wait up to a week) but, having heard so many good things about POR, i thought i would have heard from support at least.

    i thought i'd post here in case something is wrong with the message system.

    Hi John, please feel free to email me direct if you think we are slacking “clarke at paidonresults.com” I will be happy to answer any questions you have, also I am on MSN use same email address and on ICQ 1964842 and you can phone the office 0141 222 4890 however your support tickets from Paid On Results should be getting answers but I know we are suffering a back log due to the office move, no excuess but there you go. As for merchants some only log in once a week so my advice is to ask me as I properly know the answer but if I don't I call the merchant up.

    As a side note we will be redoing the support ticket system and also the way affiliates communicate with merchants as put simply the current set-up not working as well as it should, we know this and it will be sorted but in the mean time please use any of the above methods, PM here is not that great due to the level of messages I get.

    hi clarke,

    ha, i'm not suggesting you are slacking at all! just wanted to make sure i wasn't waiting for nothing due to a technical eror - it happens to all of us!

    since i posted the message i've had a reply for the merchant i mentioned and he told me you were moving offices. in which case a delay is totally understandable.

    here's looking forward to a mutually profitable relationship!

    LOL sorry phrased it wrong as I was trying to suggest in my cheeky way that we actually are slacking as my main role is to talk to and help develop business relationships with all affiliates and not much good if people not getting replies You now have every way you could want to contact me and that's open for everyone to use also

    I dont like these submit forms as you dont get the record of what you sent. I too used it for a question to POR probably about 2 weeks ago asking about feeds but never got a reply.

    I then tried PMing Natural Instinct direct but still no reply (although looking through my PMs I now see that some of the mails I received are missing).

    It makes all these competitions pretty pointless when people cant get the basics right.

    Anyway if anyone is listening please email me links to realtime csvs for natural instinct and snapdragon jewellery.

    And if anyone knows of any alternatives where csvs are available by all means email me those too

    Well looks like I know what I am doing all day today. Sit and draw up improvements for how we deal with communications.

    If anyone else is finding issues just now, I apologise however it's certainly not the plan to ignore people. I am not saying this is all related to the office move however it has played its part, I thought I was doing a pretty good job staying on top of all the questions but I know now I have not.

    So here are contact details for everyone that wants to use them.

    ICQ Office: 341001559 (during office hours)
    ICQ Home Office: 1964842 (home office night time and weekends)
    Telephone: 0141 222 4890 (If I am busy or not around leave a message with my sectary or if she sends you to my voice mail leave a message and I will call you back)

    If the feeling is people are not getting dealt with quickly then I want to address it, I have tons of people email, phone, MSN and ICQ me day and night. Something’s can be dealt with in an instant, others can take a bit of time, if they will take a bit of time I will tell you.

    You can also use support at paidonresults.com however least if you send it to me you know who to blame if you don't get a reply.

    I get back to you with a list of improvements that will be put in to action and when.

    Hi Anthony, i'm afraid I haven't had your PM (which is odd as i've had plenty of others )

    You can email me (jon@naturalinstinct.co.uk) any time you want or call on 0870 794 2130.

    As for the product feeds we are currently building a feed generator that will give you a totally up-to-date feed whenever you need one. Currently though you have to use the one that clarke has or the one that is on http://www.naturalinstinct.co.uk/downloads.aspx which is updated pretty often, although we are adding quite a few new ones at the moment so another update is due soon.
