Anyone else noticing a distinct lack of leads since this program returned on the 21st?

We had a couple on Tuesday lunchtime (which was very poor conversion anyway), but nothing else... I noticed their site was down a few days ago, and we've had no leads since. I've also noticed that the number of clicks don't tally up with our stats (POR are showing around 40% less than our stats)

This program was converting at around 26% before it was suspended, so something seems amiss here?

It has been down/not working properly since Tuesday lunchtime. Tradedoubler sent out the following message..

Dear Affiliates,

Due to a service provider security alert our Vouch4me and Consumer Lifestyles programs are currently suffering down time. We expect the program to be fully live by tomorrow (25th August) lunchtime. We will ensure all affiliates are compensated for potential loss of revenue.

Please accept our apologies for this situation and thank you for your patience.

Not heard anything from Paid on or Deal Group

They did let us know, however I expected they would have used our message system to contact the affiliates about this like they done on TradeDoubler. We should have double checked they sent the message or at least asked them to send a message.

Compensation is going to be calculated and added, we will be forfeiting our override as a network for the period of compensation to the affiliates as we did not act to let you know the way I would have liked.

We show UV for 24 hours period as default but can change to all clicks, these will never be a perfect match for various reasons however if the stats are off by that much get in contact and we will review it as it could be we are being over aggressive in what we remove from the links clicked.. I know in the past we used to count every single visit from a search engine bot, I think some work was done to reduce this however due to our unique "no cookie" tracking for a period of 6 hours some search engine traffic can still count in the stats (I think, technical can clear that up).
