It seems as though the problems with worlpay are going to continue so, although we don't seem to have been affected too much we've temporarily switched to a new checkout system to put everyones mind at rest.

Have you been in touch with WorldPay? Their support centre maintains everything is OK and all their systems are 'Normal', although we've been unable to process any orders since 1pm this afternoon, but we've been having problems since Saturday afternoon.

We've setup a temporary secure server to collect orders but we can process anything until WorldPay comes back online.

Luckily we're in the process of setting up our own merchant account and that should be ready in about a week but we need something now.

perhaps it'll soon be necessary for registration a la paypal to help overcome these DDos, the second i know of this year on WorldPay.

I managed to use it about 8pm and everything seems fine now.

Everything seems to be fine now but some users can't get on if they haven't rebooted their pcs or something, I assume they have changed the dns somewhere along the line. However we have switched back to worldpay as everyone we know can get on it.
