  POR message system

Does anyone look at support messages within the POR system? I've sent two over the last fortnight, and been patiently waiting for a response, but none has been forthcoming. Are there other avenues for support?

Messages sent to us though the Message Centre are checked and replied to daily. Your messages sent on the 8/10 and also on the 11/10 were replied to on the same day, and the reply sent by email. I will email copies to you.

Other ways of contacting us is using the Contact Us form

Or just by emailing support @ paidonresults.com

Changes are happening soon to the message centre which will improve the way it works following the feedback we have received about it.

Hope things are well.

We are merchants on POR and I must admit that I don't check the message centre as often as we should (slapped wrists!).

Sorry about that.

They didn't make it as far as my inbox (email or POR message centre) So I guess they're sitting in the waiting room.

we have the same problem.

Would it be possible to build in something that notifys people by email when they have a message waiting for them ? Or even better, just send the mesasges via email ?

Hi Jon and all, the message centre is not that great it's a weakness in another wise top of the range system we have for both affiliates and merchants.

I have made many notes based on merchant and affiliate feedback as has Graeme about improvements that will see a new and improved communication platform for both merchants and affiliates taking place soon, however first thing is first we need to complete the new upgrades to the affiliate system (easier layout and more logical reporting layout) and of course the much worked on data feed system and I promise this will be worth the wait

Please note that we don’t stop direct communication from affiliate to merchant and vice versa however we know many affiliates hate being harassed by merchants so we make it your choice if you want to message them your direct contact details or not.

Just to add I am on MSN most of the day my id for this is clarke @ paidonresults.com and I welcome people to add me, and you can always call on 0141 222 4890 if you think something is not getting dealt with quickly enough because people do have spam filters, give wrong email address and so on and think they never got a reply when they did however from time to time one will slip by as email has this horrible human element that spoils another wise great invention
