Incentives are always welcome and I dont know about other people but personally I'd rather simply have an extra £25 commission rather than an Amazon Gift Voucher

It's really a matter of budgets, and which bucket I can raid to give you guys more money.

A lot easier to get something out of the marketing budget in the form of vouchers etc, than trying to get more cash from the agents/affiliate budget, which could take ages.

There must be something you could use from Amazon?
