Hi guys,

the bad news is that we have had some severe problems with our server again today. I would have said something sooner but our hosting company keep assuring me that it's going to be up soon, which it isn't.

The good news is that it didn't start until the last of the valentines orders were out but I thought i'd warn you now.

The other good news is that having given our hosting company more than enough chances I have taken out a contract for servers with a new company today who have a reputation for fantastic support and uptime so this should be the last we see of these problems.

I can't apologise enough for todays problems but rest assured we're as pissed off about it as you guys and we're working as hard as we can to resolve them.

ok, so they're both now back up but we're still going ahead with the moves this week. If this is going to cause any downtime then we will give as much warning as we can but we hope there won't be any.
