New Feature, we have added a section called Data Export. It is a feature that has been requested by a number of Affiliates who are looking for more automation within their setup, such as Cash back/Reward sites, PPC and so on. This is very much a feature for the more advanced Affiliates than for beginners, we have done our best to make it fully customisable while keeping it easy to use.

Step 1.

Log in to your affiliate account.

A. Click on Data Export.

Step 2.

We will be adding additional reports over time, to save having to redo the site structure every time we want to add a new report, we have made this one page to host all reports, however at present it is just account transactional details that can be downloaded in this way.

A. Your own unique security code will be generated the first time you use the system. It will remain valid for you to see, when logged into the system. The security code is only used when trying to access information for your account and is different from your main login ID.

B. Click this link to construct your own revenue report.

Note: Becuase this is a screen shot from a live account, we have blanked out some of the details, in your own account you will see all your details.

Step 3.

If you have multi-accounts, you can construct a single revenue report for them all your selections via this step. If you only have one account this step will not be visible and so you can skip this part.

A. Tick the boxes of just the Affiliate accounts you want to be included in the revenue report.

B. If you want to include all your Affiliate accounts in the revenue report, you only need only tick this box.

Step 4.

A. Tick the boxes of just the Merchants you want to be included in the revenue report.

B. If you want to include all Merchants in the revenue report, you need only tick this box.

    Data Export: Revenue Report cont.

Step 5.

A. Pick the items you would like for your Revenue Report feed by selecting a position number. We have pre-selected the most common items, however you are free to add/remove and change the order to suit your own needs.

Step 6.

Next pick the time period you would like the report to cover, we give you 3 main choices broken down in to a selection of options.

A. Select exact date periods over any number of months and years that you will require.

B. Select from the pre-selected date periods, the choices are Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month, 7 Days, This Hour, Last Hour.

C. You can select every sale or every change since the last export you made. This option basically means that once you have completed your first download using this option, subsequent connections will only show you what has changed i.e. new pending, valid and void sales.

Step 7.

A. Customise how your date and time is formatted, so you get this information in a format that is most usable to you.

Step 8.

A. Choice of CSV or XML.

B. Choice to add 2nd tier sales or to leave them out of your reports.

C. You can have all 3 types, or if you are only interested in pending, valid or void sales then you can make a report just for those.

D. Once completed you click this button to make your 'Revenue Report Export URL', this can then be accessed via your own custom program, or you can download the report to your desktop to use within Excel.

You can make as many different types of Revenue Report as you need, the options above simply allow you to have control over the data you select this way you are receiving reports that are useful to you without data that is superfluous to your needs. You can also after you construct your first URL, change any options in the URL without the need to use the form in the control panel.
