<p align="justify">Our business model is to acquire and retain new customers that want to shop online using a pay and go method; this is a straight forward Pay Per Sale model.

<p align="justify">Our customer is family orientated but likes to keep in touch with the latest fashion trends. She likes to surround herself and her home with beautiful things. Kaleidoscope woman likes to shop for her children and the man in her life. She likes to shop online for convenience too, great news for you! Age 30 + Married and already has a family. She is working, or housewife or retired.

<p align="justify">Tip: This program is fairly niche in terms of the demographics and will only work for you if your target market is family orientated. In other words, if you are pitching at young and funky, it is doubtful that this program is for you. If you are promoting Bingo Sites, gifts, cosmetics, health & beauty, home living and so on… then we could be good for you.

<p align="justify"><strong>Delivery</strong>
<br>Goods will usually be delivered within 3 to 4 working days, for big items, customers will be advised a delivery date.

<p align="justify">Next Day Delivery online, where available, on orders placed before 5 pm
<br>Order Monday to Friday before 5pm, the goods will arrive next day.
<br>Order anytime on Saturday or up to 2pm on Sunday the goods will arrive on Monday. Cost will be confirmed before confirming your order. This does not apply to first time orders.

<p align="justify">All new customers must receive their first order to their home address for security reasons.

<p align="justify"><strong>How do we structure our commissions?</strong>
<p align="justify">Affiliate marketing is about paying on performance, if we include a pay per lead program, the commissions on repeat sales will have to be a lot lower or may be non existent. We feel that there would be more incentive for you by paying commissions on new customer acquisitions and their repeat sales, rather then just a flat rate.

<p align="justify"><strong>No commission claw backs!</strong>
<br>In designing this program, we don't have to claw back commissions from you when products are returned, yes you did read that correctly, no claw backs!

<p align="justify"><strong>Minimising commission leakage</strong>
<br>We have created a special Kaleidoscope landing pages without a phone number, this should minimise affiliate commission leakage.

<br>We at Kaleidoscope understand affiliate marketing and how important it is to have someone developing new and existing relationships.
