We’ve started to get away from offering customers cashback since a few recent surveys found that only 1 in 4 people even bothered to apply, and only 1 in 7 got the amount originally stated on signup. Instead we’re trying to offer really good incentives to get customers to sign up and make sure that everyone gets their free gifts without having to fill in 20 forms and post them to Taiwan.
