There is about to be some fairly hefty offline stuff going on soon with these guys, and there is no restriction /whatsoever/ on PPC ;-)

I think you site is quite easy to get lost in - there is no clear navigation structure and the menu on the left hand side for photo gallery is slightly confusing and not entirely obvious where you are supposed to click.

I think a more consistent layout throughout the site will improve the user experience and then hopefully conversion rate.

Couple of suggestions...

On the homepage the four category boxes should be clickable (not just the "more >>>" bit at the bottom - the entire box should be the button.

The fukwit logo at the top left should be a link back to the homepage I reckon.

For the products where they have designs on them, show to close-up view so that you can see exactly what the design is.

Also, lose Paypal - people seem divided as to whether it puts customers off or not (I know it puts me off), but if nothing else, it takes ages for the cart page to appear.

Hope that helps...

Thanks for that guys - all taken on board - very valid. Sometimes you look at a site for too long and can't see it 'properly' anymore!

I was going to mention the non-clickable boxes too, so really get that sorted.

Also, I think it's hard to notice the "page" link at the bottom when in a section, many non-experienced web users will not know that this will show more products . I'd get rid of the gallary link on the left, people will usually expect a nav there, and it will put them off buying and create more clicks.

Totally agree that the logo's should be clickable back to the home page one other thing is the product page navigation should be at the top as well as the bottom also next page and previous page links would compliment the page>>1 2 3 4 that is there at the moment.

I was going to develop a new brand called 'cnuts' and whilst doing research and finding cnut was already in use, tmd and was having legal battles all over the shop I gave it a miss but I did somehow come across fukwit during the process, so for people looking for swear word merchandise that site was findable. Just a passing comment.

The menu on the left is broken Jenny.

"V Neck" for example, clicks though to the homepage. Some meni items have butit points, some don't.

Why is "World Cup gear" on the homepage, but not in the navigation?

I would say get the navigation cracked, try and fit all the products on single index pages where possible and put the long descriptions in the product details page. I just find it really hard to navigate around the site at the moment,

Hi Jen,

Couple of small points:
1: I clicked into menswear, the top image (+ your gallery pages) feature a light-blue tee with large logo printed on rear - this appears not to be available (or is it just out of stock?), maybe cut those images + replace with something available?
2: Men's Tee: description: "Outline embroidered colour matched Fukwit logo lower left front" - not visible on image, is the second logo really on the shirts?
3: P+P. Personally I hate having to fill a shopping cart to see how much p + p costs, a "postage" tab could inform of rate per item/order, expected time to deliver + whether Royal Mail/courier is used.

Just being picky really but those are the bits I noticed.

Just seen the last couple - thanks for the points guys, feeding the comments back. Will get the feed issue sorted - also new piccys for all products being done at the mo, don't have a timing on this just yet though.
