Also, we've added a nifty little feature to the website whereby customers can filter products according to size availability - this is great when browsing for bargains - you don't have to go into each product only to discover that there is only an XLarge left!

I believe we are the only UK merchant to offer this functionality, and we are already seeing improving conversion rates as a result. Please try it out, and let me have any feedback that you have.
