If the product isnt there can we just leave it out, or have they had some serious site problems for the past few weeks? Feel like ive wasted traffic on this, and just to rub it in I find my sister ordering from ASOS!

They use the same ecommerce system as we do , the problem is either that they have run out of stock of that item and set it as disabled (which is the correct thing to do) and you are just running a link to it or you are using a product feed from them and they aren't updating the feed regularly enough.
A soloution could be that they use the related product feature and get the developers to redirect to an alternative product if the original is out of stock
If you speak to them point them in the direction of firetanks feedmanger pro (it was what we have installed and were the beta testers for it) it's the best feed generator available for the ecommerce system and will do everything they need and more http://www.firetanksoftware.com/fts/...s-pid-137.html

There used to be a really proactive guy attending to their affy program but I think he left and some one else took over.
Just downloaded their product feed and alot of stuff is out of stock indeed, so I have emailed them to see what the status is.
Hi, I have only just noticed this post, however this is something we have been recently aware of and contacted the Merchant, below is the message we sent and the reply.

Sorry for my delay in getting back to you, I have been in the USA. I'm back now and am pressing on with things. We have had a major problem making feeds because we have had a site upgrade and all the old URL system is out the window so it's time to start again. I'm currently in discussion with X-cart and fingers crossed they are making a new script which will be getting the required information from the new site. Was hoping it would have been resolved quicker than this, we are now in the process of removing the feed from the system until such time as it gets updated and we will send a message notifying Affiliates that no longer kept up to date, sorry about this issue with the Bone Clothing Feed.
