Hi, ok the merchant has been contacted via phone (again) and via email (again) and it is clear he not going to do anything any time soon about these pending sales. With the exception of 2 sales that are clearly fake orders I will get all the sales approved today and paid for by POR, we will still chase the Merchant for the money, as he benefited from the sales and should pay for the commission but ultimately that shouldn't be the Affiliates problem. Just like it wasn't in the case with 7 other merchants in the recent past who done the same thing for amounts ranging from a couple of quid to several thousands that we ended up paying for in the end.

This is why we are very strict with our payment policy and no doubt you see a few more people being removed should they find themselves without funds and not willing to pay in a timely fashion.
