Important Announcement
Euroffice is changing!
On the week commencing the 15th October the Euroffice site will be relaunching on a .net platform along with a new brand.
Please read the rest of the newsletter to see how you are effected by this and the changes that you may need to make.
Please also note that the site will be down from 8am Saturday 13th to 8am Monday 15th Oct whilst we switch over to the new site, so please pause all activity.
News
It's all very exciting here at Euroffice as we gear up for the relaunch of our site the week commencing the 15th October. We'll confirm the exact date & time later this week, so keep your eyes peeled.
There are some small changes that need to be made at your end when we relaunch, however they are not essential and are not critical to you carrying on creating referrals. Our site is being relaunched on a .net platform. This will enable us to have the flexibility to offer the customer the very best shopping experience, therefore increasing conversion rates.
Tracking
We have been very busy testing all the lovely new tracking on our sparkly new site. We are fully committed to providing a system that comprehensively tracks all orders. Paying commission on time and to the correct referrer is our focus.
URL changes
As our site is changing to this new .net platform it means that all our URLs are going to change. This means that we suggest you change your URLs that link to us, however don't stress (trust me, I have!). We have made sure that the old URL's will 301 redirect to the correct page on the new site anyway. We have provided an excel macro which will convert your old URLs to the new version. There are two versions depending on what network you are on. Please click on the

New Creative
As part of the relaunch we're sporting a bold new look and it's true, we really do love office stuff. We have been working hard to bring you a set of banners that don't just look good but cover almost all sizes that you need. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other non-standard sizes and we'll make them ASAP. You can find these new creative in the relevant section in your network interface on launch day.
Please make sure that when using the graphical creative that you put your network tracking code in the URL, thank you.
Affiliate Bonuses
Monthly Affiliate Bonus
This month's affiliate bonus is a continuation of the successful bonus we ran in September (Congratulations to all affiliates that qualified for double commission). Any affiliate that joins our program in October will have their total commission doubled in October. Our standard commission rate is 8% for 1-19 orders per month and 11% for 20 orders +.
For example, if an affiliate joined on the 1st October and generated 20 sales which totaled £1,600, they would receive 22% commission, which is £352. To qualify for this bonus, affiliates just need to email
jon@euroffice.co.uk anytime before the 5th November to let us know they have joined the program.

- If any affiliate would like a special discount page created (just like the one available from the network) with their company name added, please let us know and we will create it for you and give you the unique URL. Please note, if you are creating any deeplink URLS, please make sure it contains &AFF=(network code)
