reid furniture, any success?

Anyone promoting reid furniture and had any conversions. An email went round about 2 months ago, saying there may be a problem with reid tracking, I have emailed por to find out if it has been sorted and as usual por dont bother replying, so can anyone confirm, sales or lack of sales

The email sent to Affiliates concerning Reid Furniture was sent by the agency who manage the program. It said that the conversion ratio was lower than they expected from the program, it did not say there were tracking issues. The program is tracking fine, the last sale was recently and we are receiving call-backs from the tracking code daily. The email went on to say the agency was meeting with the Merchant early November to see if they can improve conversion ratio.

I also find it odd you did not receive a reply to this as I remember personally replying to this soon after you sent in the support request.

Thanks for confirming the email, I couldn't remember what the email said but I knew it was along those lines.
As of yet I haven't received an email from you, just gone through my inbox from the last 2 months and its not there.

Thanks for your post on this matter and to follow up from the original email.

I would like to confirm that the programme is tracking.

The problem is that the call to action on the site is not that great and there have been a few problems with the site not converting at an acceptable rate.

I had a meeting with Reid last week and was planning to send all affiliates an email today.

From the meeting it has been discussed and Reid are in the process of designing a new site that will have much better functionality and will improve the conversion. However this new site is unlikely to be live before February 2008 as they have some very good functions to include and will take time.

In the meantime I would suggest that affiliates don't do any ppc for this programme so as not to lose their money, however we have seen regular sales coming through from content sites with descriptions of the merchant.
