I have completed your registration for you, and you have been emailed your Affiliate ID and password. Our mail logs shows it as being accepted, but if you have not received it let me know and I will PM them to you.

I have PM'ed your Affiliate ID and password. You may want to check your email spam or junk filters, as the email was definitely accepted up the server hosting your email so whatever it done to it after is unknown.
