HQHair Sale Rejections!

Just been notified that a sale made from one of my websites has been rejected. The reason given was;

Info: HQoutletstore sales is not included in affiliate scheme

As I didn't know what this meant, I did a bit of digging around and am a little concerned as to what I found Depending on what I search for, sometimes it brings results back for HQHair with a HQHair logo at the top, othertimes its showing HQHair Outlet Store logo. Should the visitor click on this, then the sale gets rejected apparently. It all seems a bit hit an miss as there isn't any consistency on when the Outlet logo, or adverts are shown.

Just wondered why there is no cross-tracking, or a filter so that if an affiliate cookie is in place, then links to the Outlet Store aren't shown to avoid leakage and reversals?

In the program description on the Affiliate Control Panel under additional information we have detailed that neither the HQoutletstore or HQman are part of the HQhair program.

No problem, just that I've never seen that error before. I'm more interested if anything can be done to reduce leakage to the other sites that aren't in the scope of the affiliate programme once an affiliate cookie has been dropped.

As I say, the Outlet logo I was seeing was very hit and miss - nothing in particular seemed to trigger it.
