The Google Algorithm Change Not Working Spam Sites Doing Better

There is a network of websites that are stealing content from every high ranked website for the keywords that they want to rank for, they take the content and republish it on blogger.com splogs with links back to their websites, the Google algo change apparently made my site grow out of traffic, all the content on my website is original I've made all of them after doing very good research and after using the softwares or whatever I am reviewing. But these sites are ranking higher even the splogs are ranking higher all with stolen content mostly from my website, it makes you think that your hard work does not count a bit, and according to Google this algo change would take care of stolen content and stuff like that but it seems not to be working at all and these splogs ranking higher than me for the keywords I had been ranking in page one for the last 7 months really makes me feel depressed. My site has almost 1 thousand active subscribers, it is an honest with unique content website, and the owners of the ranking websites don't even know how to write enlish well, it is ridiculous. The infringing websites are:

All of these sites and many more are stealing information mostly from my website and from other known websites that talk about the same subjects, they republish like it was theirs and they create links back to their main sites which are the first two on the list. I would like answers, why does this happen? isn't the bot capable of identifying the true sources of information by date and other type of data? please check dates my website is a legit already known site that has over 1k readers, they don't even write well and steal all the content to create backlinks and get credit, not fair, I am very disappointed with what's happening, it is very sad really. Wish someone can help me, thanks in advance to anyone that at least reads this.

No algorithm is going to be perfect. But I can tell you this change did work. Of course it's not going to eliminate all the spam sites - as all businesses are - google is always tryng to improve.
