    Hi All,
I am interested in trying to increase the amount of impressions + converting clicks for a variety of google PPC accounts I manage.

We sell fashion accessories from a variety of leading designers and some small independent brands. The issue I have had is quite often our ads are not appearing when I do test searches.

I understand that when looking at more popular campaigns like say one for Diesel, Competition will impact how often an ad is shown. The problem I am having is even with the smaller niche brands were we are certainly one of the only advertisers bidding on specific keywords our ad is not consistently shown.

To combat this I have increased budgets and changed the account to be on accelerate. I know I can increase bids, but I was really wondering if there is anything is there any thing else I can do?

Any help would be gratefully received.

    Cheers

Have you checked the ads status. You might find the Ad has been declined because of copyright.

    Try this:
    1. Create an Ad in an ad group which isnt working but this time dont put any brand names in the ad text.
    2. Like you have done accelerate the Ads to Show as quickly as possible.
    3. Bump up your CPC to £1.

Personally I bet its down to you adding brand terms in the ad text.

I agree to put on accelerated. Increase bids little by little.

Also you want to make your landing page as relevant to your ad and keywords as possible. And make your ad as relevant as possible for your keywords. Google loves relevancy.

And of course test ads against each other you always go with the higher Ctr rate - unless of course the sales for a certain keyword with lower Ctr is higher - then you just have to way your profits against eCh other.

In my personal experience image ads will get more impressions and clicks than the text ads so try to put some image ads and try to increase your bid

Use an exact-match domain name to boost your CTR. This case study shows how a targetted domain name DOUBLED the CTR of an Adwords campaign (all other factors e.g. bids, ad text, keywords bid on, etc. remained the same) Using Generic Domain Names to Improve PPC Search Engine Campaign Results

Ok how about this then, if your keywords are phrase match then broard match modify the keywords to gain more impressions, if the keywords are broad then broad match modify to get a better CPA.

Then use the search query report and keep adding them.
