Microsoft Advertising - no impressions?

I have just started (past few days) trying out Microsoft's AdCenter. I've put some ads on with CPCs well above what I intend paying.

So far, I haven't had a single impression on any of my ads or keywords. They are all showing as approved.

On my own testing by using Bing, I can't get it to display my ads. I've tried several computers, including home and work, but they don't show.

Has anyone else had any luck with Microsoft's advertising? Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

In the end, I contacted Microsoft to ask if there was a problem. They replied saying it was a billing issue and could I call them. Just as I picked up the phone, my ad got an impression. I assume the email helpdesk sorted out the problem
