Yahoo Search Marketing still annoyingly insists on having separate accounts for separate countries.
With Microsoft AdCenter, you can market to different countries within the one interface (and also Yahoo USA).
If you don't intend to make much use of Yahoo, it might not be worth opening accounts with them for all the countries you intend to market to, as the PPC on Yahoo will be managed from within Microsoft AdCenter at some stage in the future (perhaps next year).
