Looking into Australians stance on Trademark infringement, it took some time for me to consolidate where Google actually stood on the practice.

After a few phone calls (no one would put anything in writing) it seems the onus is totally on the Trademark owner to protect their trademark in the Australian market. Here the law is on the side of the trademark owner to approve trademark usage on Google.

Its quite funny how there is little information or clear cut answers on a important practice.
