If you are not using adsense what other methods are there to earn more for pay per click. We were with adsense but last year they banned us because they claimed that someone was pressing the clicks to earn more money which we have explained to them that no one on our computers have and asked them to show us the computer address that was doing it which they refused.

So we have decided to look now for an alternative to see if there are any good revenue streams out there for pay per click

Does anyone know how to speak to adsense over the phone to get them to listen as we have appealed and it got turned down and we written them a letter and email which they did not reply to
