I'm just starting out with multiple keywords and multiple ads.

I have two keywords and two adds.

I have set the ads to show in equal amount.

Will addwords show both my ads for both my keywords?

If the user types in keyword1 will adwords show Advert1 some of the time and Adword2 the rest of the time?

Does the same happen for keyword1?

If this is true then how can I tell which keyword lead to an ad being clicked as each ad is being shown for both keywords?

I can see an ad has been clicked but I do not know which keyword was typed in.

Am I missing something or does this not really matter any ways?

What is the best way to see which ads are being clicked and for which keyword?

    Thanks.

If both keywords and both ads are in the same adgroup then yes. If the 2 keywords are very related, eg "buy blue widget" and "buy blue widgets" then it probably wouldn't matter.

If the 2 keywords are quite different, eg "cheap blue widgets" and "blue widgets on sale" then you'd probably want to put them in different adgroups and write an 2 ads for each group tailored to the keyword.

    Cheers,
