google adwords banning advertisers

ive seen this post about google adwords that they banned advertisers for multiple poor quality landing pages.

many advertisers are getting automated emails from Google with notifications or warnings that they have submitted too many "poor quality landing pages" and will be or have been permanently banned from using Google AdWords as an advertisers.

has anybody experienced this?

Surprised there's not more discussion on this. I'm busy reading the tread on WW at the moment. This is scary stuff. I think it's only affiliates that are affected this time too?

There's a 2 page thread going about this up in the main forum. Here's a post I made that gives the reason for the bans and ban threats. It's less about landing page quality and more about the type of sites that are linked to according to a Google rep.
