Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice - I need to know what keywords to optimise a site for and if there are any tools that would help me find out?

If you could let me know that would be great.

Just see below tools, one from google and other from SEObook which I finds for you most competitive keyword for your site as both are legitimate tools.

After copying all keyword related to your industry/site/category....just copy those into Excel sheet and then find the most traffic worthy keyword.
