For some reason my ads have stopped showing - no impression and no clicks. This also happened yesterday. I have checked my balance and there is plenty of money in the account, and i am no-where near my daily budget.

I have tried contacting Google :td twice now with no response from them whatsoever!!!

Can anyone help!!!???

I am in the exact same position....there are a couple of other posters facing similar problems.

Also a colleague has set up a new account and no ads are shwoing a week later.

I have just spoken to a friend who is up on Adwords, he told me to go into campaign settings, and under networks uncheck the "content network" and "content bids" options. So the ads should now only show on google, rather than Googles content network?

Have you checked you're quality score? Could be your mimimum bids have been raised beyond your maximum CPC and that's stopped the ads showing?

How do i check my quality score?

Go into the campaign, then the adgroup, then look at the keyword status. You can select the Quality Score column from the customize columns option. Sounds like you've been Google slapped.

Ok - done that for one adgroup, all my keywords are showing a mix of "ok" and "great"

And their status is green? The minimum bid price is below your maximum CPC?

Yeah all keywords are active, Max keyword cpc is either the same or lower than default max bid.

No Google slap then... Don't know what to suggest, could just be your position has dropped or there's a reporting issue. Don't know.

It's really frustrating!! Does anyone know of anyone who i can actually speak to cause i am getting no response from Google help centre! Thanks for your help mate.

Just a quick thought - you haven't given the campaign an end date that might have been reached, or set the hours of day the campaign shows or anything like that?

Your account/campaign is probably under review, it happens sometimes and especially if it's a new account or the campaign contains keywords containing trademarked terms. It'll take 2-3 days to come back if it is. Adwords probably won't reply until the review has been completed.

What does it say when you hover over the little magnifying glass next to the keyword?

It seems like its happening for most new accounts and I havent seen a fix.

You can set your budget to say £100 a day and at £20 it will stop, if you check your keywords it says you have reached your daily budget.

They must have a system in place now to stop all the fraud going on with dodgy payment credit cards.

So all I can think of is maybe after a few payments it might increase your daily limit spend.

Everything that everyone has said seems to fit, maybe the account is under review! The ads seem to stop showing when i reach a £25 spend. When i check the ad diagnostic tool it does state "your daily budget has been exceeded"!

Has anyone else had this experience? If so, how long before you were able to spend your actual budget?

I tell you what, Google really should state this when you sign up, i have to report these results to my manager in the next couple of days. Not happy at all, especially with Google help centre. It's non existent!!
