adwords issues with scheduling and regions

Has anyone experienced this lately?
in the next few days a lot of my campaigns in adwords are being affected by some sort of glitch. This is what is happening:
- the regional targetting switches from regions or cities to country by itself!
- the schedule switches from a few hours to 24h by itlsef!!
- it is happening randomly in terms of campaigns and accounts affected

Again, has anyone else experienced this lately? Any hint on whether it is a google glitch or a conspiracy theory would be breatly appreciated as I am loosing a lot of hard-earned money with these events tormenting my campaigns. Thanks!

There has been a few glitches just recently, so you are not on your own.
