A voucher for £30 Adwords credit has fallen out of my magazine onto my lap. Any use to anyone? I presume it's a one-off code so I'll give it to the first person who PMs me.

T&C : can only be used on accounts less than 14 days old. Must be UK or Ireland customer. £5 activation fee on new account.

    Voucher has been claimed.

Just a note, if anyone else would like a £30 adwords voucher, I got one a couple of weeks ago by signing up to add my business to google maps. I filled in the form from within my google account and they sent me out an adwords voucher as a result. So, if you want a voucher and haven't added your business to google maps then get over there now.

Thanks for the voucher. The £30 has now been credited to my google account.

Not very often you get a free £30.

    Thanks

Check this months .NET magazine for the £30 one. I've got one sitting here that might tempt me to have a look at adwords since it's not something i'd usually do.
Got to use it by the end of May though.

Had one slip out of my copy and has tempted me to have a go.

Quick question for seasoned Adworders - do you get an invoice for the £5 set up fee when you set it up or does it just get added to your monthly spend?

What happens is that as you sign up, you put in the promo code so your account is credited with £30. They then deduct the £5 setup fee, so you are left with £25 worth of credit in your account.

The voucher was only in last months copy of .Net, Issue 176, and isn't in the lastest issue just out (177).

However, just been flicking through the magazine, and theres an ad in there which lets you get a voucher code online at:

    Google AdWords

Also one at the url below which I found earlier.

    No problem Graham,

If you don't get a voucher code after 48 hours, try another domain.

I applied for several at the end of last year under different domains, and got about 6 out of 10. It seems to be verified by a human, you don't just get one sent out automatically, so if it doesn't work just try again (obviously not with the same email address / domain).

I also have a spare £50 Google Adwords voucher (for new accounts only) if anyone wants it.
