Does anyone know if you can become a Google Adwords reseller?

I don't think so, though you can become an Adwords professional which involves running an account doing over £x in 90 days, and taking an exam. You then get a badge to put on your site, and discount vouchers to give to your clients etc.

It's based on you running campaigns for clients, rather than just reselling them.
