Hi

I have tried to pay in funds to my account all day, but I continue to get the following error:

We were unable to authorise a payment on your credit card.
Please try to make another payment. If you need to update your payment details before attempting another payment, please visit your Billing Preferences page. Please note that, if your balance hits zero, our system automatically stops showing your ads until you make another payment.

I have tried to add a new card, but it tells that the card details are incorrect and that is not true. Both the cards I have tried with are correct details.

Have any other of you had the same problems? I tried to "retry card" in the Primary Payment Details and waited 2 hours a few times and still no luck. I only have £80 and it will hopefully see my though tomorrow. But I do wonder if anyone else has had the same problem or have had similar problems in the past?

Is it a new account?

When i first opened mine i constantly got this error..Rang the bank and everything. In the end it turned out to be a problem on their end, so they got someone to sort it
