I don't know how many of you were using pay-per-action beta with Google...

Well, I received an email today and it seems that the system will stop the last week of August 2008.

In their email, they mention their acquisition of Doubleclick and the Performics Platform offering affiliate program...but after reading a bit about Performics & Google PPA...

I don't see ANYthing matching what they were offering in their PPA beta.

Or did I miss anything ?

Although Google enjoy saying that they work for world peace and a better user experience...(which was the case with the PPA)...It is quite obvious that the PPA model would have hit their PPC revenue quite hard. (At least it has eased/optimised my spending on adwords)

Don't you agree ?
