Looking for a good overview of PPC

I'm looking fora a good guide to Google's PPC. I don't necessarily mean strategy (although if anyone wants to throw that this way too, I certainly won't complain), but more along the lines of how to get a campaign up and running. What the various screens and options are for and how you can report and optimise on your efforts.

I've had a look through Google's documentation, but was wondering if there was a neutral guide that someone could point me in the direction of.

axandra.com did a half decent pdf book, can't see it on their site now but it gave a good overview of adwords without the usual crap and fluffing of get rich quick adwords books

well worth hunting out if you are just starting out.

edit.. saved you the bother.. lol is here http://www.axandra.co.za/adwords.html $69 ... but you'll blow more than that fumbling around in the dark if you aren't sure what you are doing so it's money well spent for a good overview
