Noticed some increased activity on one of my campaigns that has been quiet for a couple of months now
We'll see how this pans out
Logged in to my adwords account this evening as I haven't looked at it much since the slap, and seen that the slap seems to have been reversed!
My interface is no longer showing the extra quality score info that it was showing before (and only some people could see in their accounts), but also my ad's have started running again and is now back to position 1.
Looking at the account page it only happened today as there's been a big increase in clicks, but it was pure coincidence that I looked tonight.
I wonder if the new changes were harsher than they meant them to be, and they've now rolled back to the previous version?

I just wondered if anyone else is seeing any changes or had slapped sites unslapped?
I cancelled my adwords account a couple of weeks ago & i am taking time out to re-assess my sites & sectors. From my previous dealings with Adwords though i can't see how i can make ppc work with the crazy way Quality Score is calculated.

Its still wierd for me, in my interface its showing most of my keywords are poor, and really high minimum click prices (£2.50+)
However, this seems purely for show, as the adwords engine isn't obeying these and my ad's are showing properly, in top spot, at bid prices of 20p.
These are the ad's which previously weren't showing at all when the had poor keywords.
Something seems very broken at the moment lol, i`m just leaving things alone until everythings settled.
Yeah, I've noticed a few really old campaigns, that were slapped - that i neglected to pause or delete - started to generate clicks and I had to turn them off.
They always used to show a handful of impressions, but this is different.
I think the new system changes have upset some things, but it will all sort itself out again soon. Hopefully, leaving your ads on..!
