Espotting - Pulling My Hair Out

Not sure when it happened, but Espotting have lost all my bloomin active ads, according to reports this seems to be as far back as the 9th November, not a single trace of them anywhere from what we can see.

Never in my life have I known such imcompetence & poor service as a ppc advertiser, absolute joke, and at peak season too.

Am I Fuming / Livid - well that is the understatement of the year.

Rant over - lets see if they can find them?

Well the lastest is it seems they have located the keywords from spreadsheets they have forwarded us, but promised these ads would be back up live by 5:30pm / 6pm on Thursday.

However, all the deleted campaigns still have not materialised back in the account. Except for some in a new account which has taken an eternity to set up.

Time has just gone midnight and still nothing.

One of the worst traits is lying in my book, and this is exactly what has happended. I don't like being lied to.

At the moment they don't know their a*** from their elbow of how it came about & why.

Very shoddy service....We have heard every excuse under the sun so far.....when msn & search123 enter the arena they are going to really have to pull their socks up even more.

Unfortunately it means from an "advertiser persepctive" we can never believe a word we are told.

Still not sorted....what must be 3 months later

1. Many original campaign names & titles changed.

2. Display URL's incorrect

3. Nowhere to update images, because many of them they changed to a default image. And those we previosuly requested change didn't update.

4. Can't add funds

5. Still trying to find some keywords

6. Tool for selecting & adding keywords no longer there
