Valueclick own CJ and I've dealt with both for a long time with no payment issues.

They've also contacted me about Search123 and I'd have no commercial worries about working with them.

  BIG thumbs up

We use Search123 extensively across CompareStorePrices and they are top notch. The support is superb and whilst they had a few teething problems in the early days everything runs like clockwork now.

We found that we made more compared to using AdSense but that's because they give you the ability to present the ads in any format you like as long as it fits in with their TOS. We spent a number of weeks experimenting with different placements and layouts until we found the optimum.

Go for it!

On the advertiser side I have found them very slow. I opened an account and added a listing and it took over 10 days for the listing to be dealt with. I had nearly forgotten about them by then. I then added some test funds, about two weeks ago now and this has not been processed yet, still in their payment queue.

If thats the response time then I haven't got the time or the inclination. No idea what the traffic is like.

  Post Search123

Hi Chris,

Firstly I would like to extend my apologies for the delay in processing your advertising request and also take this moment to ensure you that this delay is a very rare occurrence. In order to process advertisers applications it is necessary to speak personally to the advertiser in order to verify all payment details and ensure that the obligatory security checks are completed. My colleague has tried to reach you on a number of occasions and has left a message. It is possible that we may have the wrong number on file so if you could call us on 0208 785 5840 or email us at clientservices.uk@search123.com then we can update our records to ensure that this delay will not happen again.

Once again I would like to apologise for the delay,

Petro
