anyone know who you have to feck at miva to get a listing live ?
Might just be me that has an "invisible" account but is anyone else finding that they create ppc listings only to have them sat pending indefinitely ?
It's a total joke now, this has to be the 5th time it's happened, we create some listings, wait a week, remember to check and they are pending.. wait another week.. pending still.. forget about them for a month and yup.. they are still pending.. mean to ring up and forget for another few weeks and yup.. still pending.. in fact they look like they will be pending until we chase them up again..
last time it took 3 emails (no reply or response) and two phone calls to get some listings live.
anyone else having the same joy or am I just lucky ?
Mate as I'm sure you know Miva have been a bloody nightmare to advertise on for months and months now. I've totally given up having suffered many of the same issues as you. Maybe not the ideal solution but just bin them.

MIVA UK are by far the worst PPC search engine out there and caused me more headache last year than all the others put together. Interface is super user-unfriendly and, as you have experienced, it takes countless emails to get the simplest thing sorted

Our listings seem to take around three days to go live but they usually do without prodding. They did take one of my proposed listings and split it into dozens of separate listings, which given how hard the interface is to navigate and budgets are to manage made them almost unusable.

tell me about it.. I recently hit some of the 1p listings and still couldn't make a profit on them !!
very very few terms now yeild results.
think it boils down to the quality of the sites/partners.. some are just pure junk.. you can have hundreds of clicks in to your site on some terms that work on every other PPCSE and yet via miva there is no action on site whatsoever.. not even a click .. it's almost as if some of the users aren't even human .. cough..
I am not a big fan of MIVA at all. They are nowhere near as good as Adsense for revenue and are even worse (can it be true!!!) for customer service then adsense!
