Earning stats gone?

I only work with Orange and my stats have all gone in my earnings report apart from a few transactions for £5 has anyone else been affected like this?

Hi Barry - thanks for your post.

Just to say that this issue is not tracking related - it's due to changes to value strings being passed down from Orange to PAN. This will in no way affect commissions due to you.

We're in the process of sorting this out and will have a resolution later today.
