From 1st August, Homeserve have changed their commission structure to a flat rate of £35 per sale!

This is a very competitive structure and we're confident a simpler flat CPA will help affiliates in their promotions of the program.

Affiliates can now offer over 25 separate HomeServe products covering a wide range of domestic insurance risks including gas boilers, central heating, plumbing, electrical, roofing, locks and more.

Top products to promote at the moment are as follows:

Landlord’s cover
  • Plumbing and Drainage cover from only £6.66 per month – trouble free repairs for tenants when they’re in a pickle with their plumbing
  • Gas central heating breakdown cover from only £17.66 per month – give tenants a fast fix by a CORGI engineer when the heating in your rental property loses health

General Plumbing cover – plumbing and drains cover from only £1.66 per month
General Electrical cover – electrical emergency and breakdown cover from only £4.41 per month.

Multi cover policies for Electics and Plumbing are also good to promote during the summer months.
