The same program is on AF with a basic pay per lead payout of £0.60 - any reason why you're paying affiliates almost 50% less??

  Re: TrollyCash on PrimeQ

It is common for affiliate programs to pay different rates on different networks, as we all know. I could quote dozens of examples of different networks paying different rates. It is not because certain networks are profiteering, but because different rates and terms are negotiated with merchants or their agencies.

PQ offers a higher rate for some affiliate programs than other networks. Like most networks, we don't publicise this because we don't like to see ourselves as competing with others.

Peter, it is considered extremely bad etiquette to post an announcement for one network on another network's section. Look through thousands of posts made on A4U and you won't see it done.

Even though I have heard a lot of negative things about your new network and several people in affiliate marketing have told me they are furious about ARM's unethical practices, when you announced your launch here I wrote:

"Andy, congrats on the launch of your new network. Hope it does well. I haven't heard about the WG issue, so unfair to comment on that.

Impressed with the team you have on board (met Peter who is a top guy)."

Even though you are a competing network which has been accused of "mining data from other networks" and sending out unsolicited emails (otherwise known as spam), I went out of my way to publically praise you. It is therefore upsetting that you see it fit to post an advert for your network in the PQ section of the forums.

PQ and other networks would never go to the sections of other networks which pay less and post a message saying "we pay more".

Lets keep A4U a positive environment as it has been for years and help each other to grow and succeed. The pie is big enough for everybody to prosper and so we need to pull together not knock each other down.

  Re: TrollyCash on PrimeQ

Apologies for my previous post on this thread which I have edited.

I'm still getting used to posting as a Network person, not as an affiliate.
Seeing Jason's post about AF's payout, my natural reaction was to post a higher payout.

The previous network I worked for did not allow me to post on the forums. So I've always posted as an affiliate.

Nadeem, you certainly are a PR King!

No offense meant...

Yes, fair enough. I, too, have had to learn to post more diplomatically now that I am working for a network and as an Affiliate Manager Don't have those same affiliate freedoms any more!

Let me know when you're next down in London and we'll meet up for a coffee.
