How do I recover the password

Signed up with primeq a while ago received the welcome pack etc but have lost the password..Can't seem to find a password recovery link in here

How can I recover the password and get going? Did I miss something ?

I did try to call up but was getting transfered to the wrong extn etc a while ago..

Just to let you know, your not going mad, I had a good root about and I couldn't find it either - its pretty pants
