PrimeQ emails down?

I've been trying to send our monthly invoice to the usual address at PrimeQ today, and it kept bouncing back - I then tried to send to a different person at PrimeQ and that one also bounced back. The error I'm getting is:

Sorry, I couldn't find any host named primeq.co.uk. (#5.1.2)

Is this a known problem with PrimeQ email servers, or am I fecking something up?

Stephen, we pay our invoices but you need to invoice us per month (1 invoice per month) you send us a piece of paper with several month on it, from an accounting point of view that is not acceptable. Please understand that we need an invoice for EACH month...ok? cool

Thanks James, I have sent the invoices to the "right address" (I thought the address I've been using successfully for over a year was the "right address" but there ya go..)

I'm aware of that, even though it's a total pain in the neck, being polite about it, however as I had a chunk of smaller months to clear off I spoke to Alexia who said it was fine.

That was about 3 months ago, ever since which I've had nothing but 'oh we'll talk to finance but they're in the US and not in yet'.

Hi Stephen,

I know that we you might be very busy but the average time to run a query by month, copy and paste it to Word and surplus the ammounts is only 3 mins, I wish I could change the rules but if I do it every affiliate is going to ask me for the same, please understand that we need to keep some order, is going to be good for your accounts and easy for you to get paid quickly...

Alexia has been in touch by phone to sort out my problem.
Hopefully this has been resolved now so thanks for the prompt response from you both.
