    Hey there,
I'm not sure if im the only one but my account on PrimeQ semms to have gone. I attempt to login & it says that 'The email address or password you entered is invalid. Please try again.'..

    Is this just me?
I've been trying to get in contact with people there (but similar to what has already been mentioned), the emails are simply being rejected.

    Thanks.
    Jack

At least when we started to send them to Alexia they did start getting paid & things seemed better at the time.

Also, as you state in your email PrimeQ Ltd is a UK registered company. So, don't you think as head of the Uk side of things it should be your job to make sure your UK customers are looked after & not expect us to have to deal with someone in the USA that has obviously not worked out in the past?

Also, I note that you say outstanding issues will be sorted soon & give no clear dates. I'm sorry but many of us have waited long enough & in business you can not just pay people when you feel like it!
    Pokerdave and Mattlovett,

How are you? The only reason I asked affiliates to forward their invoices to our Director of Accounts was because i was leaving PrimeQ and I will not be able to liaise with the accounting department in a daily basis to help affiliates as I did in the past.

I never said that "you can send them direct to her as I had to forward them on to Gabby." I was about to leave PrimeQ and I wanted that payments queries were taken care of. Our Accounting Director agreed on directing affiliates to her to look after every single payment question and update. Also i did not ignore your e-mails as Matt Lovett mentioned as i simply did not receive e-mails on my last two days due to server issues and online marketing events as Vincent explained.

I just wanted to make these points clear as my only intention was to help affiliates as much as i could until my last day at PrimeQ (September 28th 07).

Thank you very much and enjoy your sunday!

    Regards,

    Alexia

    Hello All,

We cannot answer payment queries on the forum as each individual query is different. Please either e-mail me or Gabriela or simply contact us at the office 0207 061 3190 so that we can see where the problem is and solve each case individually. Thank you to Dave for your email outlining your invoices that I can now speak with Gabriela about and to Matt who has also spoken with us here today to review his situation.

As a suggestion, communicating directly with us (and I assume any network) is the best way to get these types of situations resolved, especially when the office may not be able to immediately respond on the forum as was the case last week when almost our entire staff were exhibiting at Ad:Tech and then visiting Affiliate Summit. We have specifically used this forum for posting current offers and other announcements within our company and I would like to do so again now:

Some of you may have read or seen us exhibiting at the last show, but we have launched a new product here in the UK that we have maintained for years in the US…it is called FindMyLeads.co.uk (FML) and is a lead portal for seven different verticals with several more on the way. More information can be found at FindMyLeads.co.uk - The lead you want ... The way you want it!. We initially disclosed this last month in our newsletter The WeeklyQ which is read by most of our active affiliate base. We also indicated that we are pulling down our internal offers in an effort to better track the results of our data collection efforts. We will be re-launching most of them sometime in November with new looks and new campaigns with a focus on offers for the FML portal. We anticipate this to be a great addition to our portfolio of online offerings…

If there are any further questions about the direction of our Network or other products, please feel free to call or email us at any time using our office contact details which are now all fully operational, including our sites.

    Kind Regards,

That works both ways. When you have problems you should either contact your affiliates directly (using a personal email) or posting on a forum like this. Also, you should never get 4 months behind with payments & there is simply no excuse for that.

I am pleased that you are now sorting this out and hopefully things can be resolved soon but please learn some lessons from this and try and operate a bit more professionally.
Affiliates work very hard at generating leads and we all have our own bills to pay so waiting around for invoices does not help anyone.

We have looked into the situation and have resolved the challenge and are looking to be running 100% in motion by early next week.

For all Affiliate inquiries, we understand you have been in contact and submitting your Affiliate invoices directly to our Business Development Manager Alexia, in our UK office. Please note that Alexia is strictly the liaison for all Affiliate inquiries and reports them directly to our Accounting Department in the United States. For those affiliates that show a past due account or are having issues with their account, please send your inquiry directly to the Director of Accounting in the United States, Gabby Alvarado at galvarado@primeq.com.

PrimeQ LTD is a VAT registered company. In order to send payments from PrimeQ LTD, we must receive an invoice from each vendor or affiliate prior to submitting payment due to VAT terms. On those invoices, it will need to note if you are a VAT registered company and the VAT tax applied for that month of revenue earned.

Please be assured that we are working at having all these Affiliate queries and payments resolved very soon. Thank you for your patience.

I sorry to say this, but it really does not look good if your site has been DOS attacked. Some kids do that sort of thing for a kick, but then you get some people doing it for a reasons like if they are owed money that has not been paid to them. I have not been paid and I have also not done it as I don't know how to DOS attack a site and I have better things to do with my time. Unfortunately it seems I wasted some time working with PrimeQ though with the none payment.

    Hi,

I work with over 100 cpa networks and you have been the worst I have worked with and therefore have stopped using you. I'm just glad there are much better networks online that go out of their way to help their affiliates unlike PrimeQ. Although you say to contact you and things will get sorted, I do not have the time to keep contacting different people at PrimeQ and just being ignored. I have not been paid any of my earnings since joining your network and therefore that's the reason why I stopped using you. All my earnings are legit and you can even see that for yourself. Every time I get told to contact so and so, so that my payment gets sorted out I never receive a reply and nothing gets done. Over the last year I have now contacted over 3 different people where I have sent over 15 emails and have not had one reply.

Now I am very annoyed with how you do business, it totally shows that you guys are very unprofessional at what you do. If I contact you with my payments, are you sure it will get sorted this time as my time is very valuable and I have not got time keep writing countless amounts of emails and invoices that just get ignored.

Edit: I've just sent an email to Gabby Alvarado and hopefully it will be sorted this time.
