    Right, I think its time PrimeQ gave some honest answers!

    I have not been paid for over 4 months now & been told by Alexia that she was chasing payments every time I query it. Yes, I except that your billing department is in the US but it does not take over 4 months for them to send money.

    This has been ongoing for long enough & 4 months down the line there are no clear answers!

    Now I see that most of the campaigns have gone, staff are jumping ship in droves & there are several affiliates in my situation.

    I think its time someone senior from PrimeQ came on here to explain the real situation & don't try & fob us off, because most of us can see whats happening ourselves from previous experiences!

    Hi,

    I agree! We need answers! Now that PrimeQ.com is totally dead I am starting to worry.

    I have loads of outstanding invoices and no replies from Alexia.

    Whats happening??!! Are we going to be paid??

    Everyone seems to be leaving Prime Q almost everyone ive known over the past year has now left.

    And there has not even been any posts on the forum about the site going down! Its not very good communication is it?

    Maybe someone from Webgains could pop down to the first floor and see if there is anyone there? - they are (or were) in the same office block

    Not too much - a few hundred here. To be honest I all but stopped promoting primeq campaigns 2 or 3 months ago. Campaigns seemed to be closing, and some of them appearing on other networks that are easier to work with.

    PrimeQ also sent me over an invoice template they said I had to use, which involved me itemizing every single campaign stat... which I thought was pretty stupid - So I have to go in, find out my stats, copy them all into an invoice, then send the invoice back to primeQ? erm yeah right.

    Hopefully it's just a glitch and they will make good all debts. They've had some good campaigns in the past, and I remember them being very helpful when I joined them as an affiliate. Course I'm not sure how many of that team remain now...

    Well, thats the first time I have ever heard of a server or email problem effecting the ability to pay someone!

    That is a poor excuse & does not reflect peoples concerns on this forum.

    Dear PrimeQ LTD Affiliates and A4U Members,

    We have come across some challenges, denial of service attack on our systems that has interrupted email delivery this past week throughout PrimeQ US and UK. We apologize for any emails that may not have been responded to this week, as we have been unable to retrieve emails due to the service attack. We have looked into the situation and have resolved the challenge and are looking to be running 100% in motion by early next week.

    For all Affiliate inquiries, we understand you have been in contact and submitting your Affiliate invoices directly to our Business Development Manager Alexia, in our UK office. Please note that Alexia is strictly the liaison for all Affiliate inquiries and reports them directly to our Accounting Department in the United States. For those affiliates that show a past due account or are having issues with their account, please send your inquiry directly to the Director of Accounting in the United States, Gabby Alvarado at galvarado@primeq.com.

    PrimeQ LTD is a VAT registered company. In order to send payments from PrimeQ LTD, we must receive an invoice from each vendor or affiliate prior to submitting payment due to VAT terms. On those invoices, it will need to note if you are a VAT registered company and the VAT tax applied for that month of revenue earned.

    Please be assured that we are working at having all these Affiliate queries and payments resolved very soon. Thank you for your patience.

    The whole reason that invoices started to be sent to Alexia (a while back now) is because Gabby Alvarado used to completely ignore them & they were not paid. Alexia then told us to send them direct to her as she had to forward them on to Gabby.

    At least when we started to send them to Alexia they did start getting paid & things seemed better at the time.

    Also, as you state in your email PrimeQ Ltd is a UK registered company. So, don't you think as head of the Uk side of things it should be your job to make sure your UK customers are looked after & not expect us to have to deal with someone in the USA that has obviously not worked out in the past?

    Also, I note that you say outstanding issues will be sorted soon & give no clear dates. I'm sorry but many of us have waited long enough & in business you can not just pay people when you feel like it!
