Dear Affiliates and A4U Members,

My name is Vincent Montero and I am the Director of UK Operations at PrimeQ.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response, as our staff have been at ad:tech London and Affiliate Summit, so this post went unseen.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our sites and email as our servers in the US have been compromised. Please rest assured though that our tracking is done using a third party server so no sales will have been lost during this time. However, our email systems are still down so we are unable to send or receive emails.
