URGENT - I need some help from someone from PRIMEQ.

Hi,

I am very annoyed of this company. I have asked for help here previously and they were kind enough to try and sort it out for me, but in the end it never gets sorted out.

So could someone here please help me sort this situation out before serious action gets taken from us. I want someone that actually still works for PRIMEQ and can sort things out ASAP and not someone that use to work for them and then just puts me onto someone else that when I contact them I never get replies. I'm disgusted with PRIMEQ, I don't know how PRIMEQ can stay in business and certainly don't know how they have managed to have a Forums in here.

Forgot to mention that I have been trying to sort this out now for over half a year. I've even been using this forums PM service to try and sort it out with some of the people that use to work and still worked for PRIMEQ here and it never ends up getting sorted out properly.

I have already taken further messaures and have stopped helping this business to gain more business from us. Why would we want to help a company that can't be bothered to help us.

I sent an email to PrimeQ a week or so ago asking for information on how I go about requesting payment. As yet, I've had no reply.

I was wondering - does anyone have a contact name/number for someone at PrimeQ who might be able to provide assistance with the payment request?

Ninad this is a total joke. Are you guys actually people that know how to run a business or are you a bunch of kids. I've been waiting for this money since early last year. The bad thing about it is, I was a good affiliate of yours where I had to potential of bringing you around 1% - 5%+ of your total publisher signups. I work with many of your competitors and because of the way you run your network and treat your publishers, I no longer promote your network on my site.

Why should I damage my site by listing your none paying network. Seriously now, how long does it take to sort out a payment. I personally know what you are most likely doing at PrimeQ. You are most probably either totally not paying anyone and have just built up a scam, or you do pay your publishers, but you try and hang it out for so long just so that you can gain interest on all the turnover from your network including the publishers earnings before paying the publishers their earnings about 6 months to a year later or longer.

Could you please pay people what they are owed or you are seriously going to loose your network and all your publishers. We, the publishers are the ones that make you the money and in return you should be wanting to pay us ASAP so that we keep earning you the money.

You guys need to seriously re-think your business strategies.

Could you please hurry up with the money that I and many others are owed.

It's strange that once I written a post here, where I was the first, many others have also now mentioned that they have not received their earnings. Seems like you are doing it to many and if not all your publishers.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon and also receiving my earnings very soon, and I mean soon and not next year or the year after.

With CPA networks like PrimeQ, you have much more competition now. I know well over 100 networks that are much better than PrimeQ so personally, why would any publisher want to work with a company that doesn't want to pay their publishers when they could be paid every month and on time from many other networks.

Could you please speed up the payments and seriously look into sorting mine out know and not next year as mentioned above.

looking at recent forum posts and the rumblings flying around on messenger it would appear the network should be renamed "PastIt'sPrimeQ" !

There seems a set pattern of ignoring messages/emails/calls etc. then a forum posting aimed at taking the heat offline, then nothing much happens for weeks again then a spate of new forum postings occurr about how nothing much happened.

May the PrimeQ PR machine correct me if I'm wrong but these are classical signs of a network in severe cashflow trouble

You never got back to me and now you have a thread saying that you have left, just like all the rest that I have had dealing with my payment issue. This is a total joke. Shame really, must have taken a while to build up PrimeQ, but seems like PrimeQ just wants to go out of business. It seems you don't know who I am, I could have sent thousands of pounds worth of business your way just like what I'm doing with many of your competitors. Truthfully you have a lot of competitors, but the way you have gone, your competitors no longer would see you as a fret, but more of a joke.

I'm sorry to say you won't get.
PrimQ have owed my company £15348.63 for well over 12months and when you try to get it all they can say is " you will get paid when we gat paid".
I'm afraid you're going to have to write it down to experience and get on with business as usual and ride it through.
There's one consulation you're not the only one.

Might be a silly question but if they owe you over £15K why not just go the legal route - I know it's too late with PrimeQ now but £15K is easily enough to put a company into liquidation.
