You are not alone Matt. From what I can gather, PrimeQ haven't paid any invoices since June to anyone. Emails are never replied to and Phone calls either aren't answered or we get the same fob off.
Action will be taken.
Money Earnt in July - STILL NOT PAID
We used to use PrimeQ.com a lot last year, however we are still waiting on money earnt in July 2006! We have made posts on a4uforum, email and phone calls.
We were then promised dates which never happend. We then issued a CCJ which was later cancelled by Anna McFaydon promised that Jason (the Director) would pay them payment on the 14th of December I think, this then never happend. They were ill and said it would be Monday.
Monday came and still no payment we then spoke to Anna again and she said that she can not tell us and date and is no longer allowed - it will be sent at some point.
We keep emailing asking and they just keep saying it will be sent at some point.
This is not acceptable from an affiliate network and something needs to be done.
Kind Regards,
Matt Lovett
P.S. The subject says money earnt in June its actually money earnt in July. Thought I better clear that up.

Are you going to comment Prime Q?

I think the silence speaks louder than anything they could post !
some companies seem dogged by turmoil in regard to payment and it's suprising just how long they get away with dragging things out.
From what I've heard from a few sources who have had dealings on a several levels with them and other networks which have followed this pattern of payment issues and sporadic and often incorrect communication before, I'd count it as a signal to move straight to legal action and get in before the bones are picked clean by other creditors
working with any network with payment issues and communication difficulties like this is like playing russian roulette with five bullets in the chamber instead of one
I think the forum administrators should take note of these posts and close the primeq forum down.
Primeq do not pay invoices and do not respond to emails, this is a bad reflection on the affiliate industry as whole.
New affiliates into the industry are especially at risk from companies that do not pay, with regard to cash flow and general industry confidence.
Again, I would urge an administrator to make a formal post to warm people or close the primeq affiliate forum section down.
Perhaps Primeq would like to make a formal post here to provide some light on the situation?
Hi,
I was thinking that. However I think the Prime Q forum or a thread at least should be left so affiliates can be warned that Prime Q do not pay bills.

yup sure isn't a good sign when
A) payments aren't made
B) excuses are
C) communication stops, even the empty promises have dried up
Anyone still working with them and actually getting paid ? looks like it's time for those that are still blindly sending traffic to send it elsewhere.
Sad when a network tries to treat affiliates like this .. little do they realise affiliates have a long memory so regardless of what happens at PQ, unless the management undergo gender reassignment and an untraceable name change, affiliates will have their card marked should they resurface.
PrimeQ .. are they soon to be PrimeWho ??![]()
PrimeQ is a joke and is helping to damage the network industry. They have no intention of paying anyone. All their promises about paying are empty. If the forum owner sees these threads then its your best interest to either remove this PrimeQ sub forum from your site or close it down. They are still trying to get affiliates to earn them money without paying them. This sort of activity is known as a Scam in the webmaster world.
I've been told as can be seen on this forum that my payment issue will be sorted out, never got any replies after them posts, I have sent hours emailing and trying to sort this out and nothing gets done. As soon as someone says they will sort it, you never hear from them again. I have even gone throug many posts here where others have had payment issues and have then emailed the proper people and still no reply.
Affiliates4u forum, if you want to keep this PrimeQ forum open and allow it to keep scamming their publishers then you are helping them by promoting them, which downgrades your services serverely.
I can see your agrument there, PQ are ignoring affiliates/brushing them off appear to be sat on their cheque writing hand BUT is it not better to keep it open and all keep actively posting in it about just how PQ are continuing to behave ?
surely that serves more value than closing their forum down and leaving people with nowhere to post their complaints, issues and lack of progress on payment ?
I'd rather find out up to date current information and see the chain of events if I were an affiliate who may not be aware of the situation and land in here and just no see anything regading PQ
it serves more purpose as a warning than it does to remove the forum IMO
Actually you are right about that Shane
HI,
I agree as well. Also I would like to point out Prime Q do read this and have read this thread as they rang me about it.
I kept asking about my payment but they just said they have no date on when it will be sent. They don't even promise any dates to me anymore they just say it will be sent soon.
Matt.

lol no.
We have referred this to a legal team now anyway, hopefully we should get our money soon.

I'd like to echo:
With hindsight, it's almost as if PrimeQ targeted us because we'd just started up.Originally Posted by shane

everything seemed fine for a few months until last July, when the money stopped flowing.
Now, we won't work with any network who so much as employs an ex-PrimeQ employee. we've had loads of emails: "come join us, I was your manager at PrimeQ", "So and So from PrimeQ told me to contact you"
:MiddleFingerSmilie:
PrimeQ aren't the only network who owe affiliates commissions though are they Matt? There's an "O" and a "D" and also a "T" (funnily enuf, "O" blamed the owners of PrimeQ for their downfall and ultimate midnight flit to Oz). I'm sure you're owed by as many networks as we are!
well, nearly as many.
For a network to survive, they need to pay up WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, or it's big blokes in grey suits taking furniture for auction till we get our money.
Hi Andy,
Gutted to hear about the fact you've not been paid by them and hopefully the creditors will sort you out with at least some of it.
I would like to say, however, that I think it's a big extreme to stop working with people that used to work there.. one of the *good* things that PrimeQ did do was help train a few good staff members, two of which I've worked with at Altogether and have been fantastic.
Whilst there may be certain individuals that you may want to stay away from I wouldn't tarnish everyone with the same brush just because they decided to to work somewhere where they were promised the world.... some of them are just as frustrated with PrimeQ as you are!
Just my 2p
