PrimeQ - 'Have Done a Runner'
This may not be a surprise to some but It appears that PrimeQ have left the London offices in quite a rush after bailiffs arrived.
I have it on good authority that they have a court hearing on 14th May and courts have already issued 2 writs for seizure of assets for bad debts.
Not good news for any creditors out there.
Anyone have any further news? What implications does this have for affiliates in other countries?

Sad but not unexpected news.
is a shame as each failure it makes it harder for other smaller or specific channel networks to gain affiliate trust so probably hampers the growth of perfectly viable and well run networks in the mid term.
was it a case of fly high in ads in revenue magazine and sponser everything going such as adtech etc., with a "if we fake it we might make it" attitude ?
Probably the start of a global meltdown for PQ, We may never get to the bottom of it as I seem to recall affiliates trying to sort out previous issues found them to be as twisty as a mountain road.
if it's dying then doubt a new incarnation will rise sometime soon as you just can't keep a good bloke down

I didn't use them as I just felt it was just too much of a risk.
I prefer to use my trusted networks that have proven themselves or from recommendations of people I trust.
Hope the creditors get as much as they can!Do you have products for review on my chocolate reviews or Easter eggs blog?s PM me.

Hardly suprising - they owe a lot of people a lot of money and have been a sinking ship for a long time.

I wonder what implications this has for their other company "Find my Leads"? More like "Find my PrimeQ"...and are the rumours true there is a new company to be opened called Click Promise? Hmmm all these questions!

So can you put it in your accounts as not paid?

I won a small claims case against PrimeQ earlier this year for nearly £2,500 and have had a request for a Warrant of Execution being dealt with by the court bailiffs since 12th Feb.
Unfortunately the bailiffs seem even less competent than PrimeQ at handling this so it looks like I can wave good bye to the money.
Never mind I'll just pick myself up, dust myself down and wait for the next network/merchant to take me from behind
Cheers PrimeQ

I used Prime Q for a couple of campaigns my clients campaigns and always paid them for what they delivered...really annoys me that my affiliates could possibly not have been paid....

Do we have any back ground info on how this happened? Im sure many people would like to hear about their rise and fall but not if this compromises any legal actions that maybe taking place.

Once bitten twice shy for me!
After another "network" went down exactly the same route (late payment, leading to emails ignored, leading to non payment, leading to administration) I decided to give this one a wide birth and I'm now glad I trusted my instincts. I used to give people 2nd chances and benefit of the doubt, but not nowadays. Once I've been messed around, I refuse to deal with individuals or companies ever again.
Not sure about others, but I am also very cautious of any network that operates from a DirectTrack platform. I appreciate its a good platform, and certainly ideal for a new network, but it always makes me think twice. I personally think its too easy and cheap to estblish yourself as a network using this as the basis of your technology.
Sadly a lot of people saw this coming so I sincerely hope that the minute it was becoming obvious, people stopped promoting their merchants. Hope you all get some sort of recompense.
