    Hey folks,

Really need some advice on this one.

I have been thinking about making a video website where I add a new video with a thumbnail and it goes to the top of the homepage.

Maybe having about 10-20 video entries per page and when a user clicks a video it takes them to the page with the video embedded.

It doesn't need to be anything fancy at all, no user comments, no ratings, no user uploads, logins etc. Just needs a paginated website with links to other pages with videos. A bit like this: Funny Videos & Free TV shows - Humor - Break.com but even simpler.

Can someone suggest the best way of doing this? I have tried Drupal but it doesn't seem to give me enough control over customisation. Is there a better CMS for this or should I do it by hand? If so some links to tutorials would be most appreciated.

I am planning to have affiliate links on the website and hopefully get some relevant traffic.

    Thank you!

How do you add new videos? Do you embed them from other sites or upload (mpeg, avi, divx) etc.. to your site and then convert it to .flv format for streaming?

PM me I might have a custom solution for you.
